Welcome to STRATA, a mobile application developed by EXPNT Ltd that provides AI-powered market analysis and trading assistance tools. STRATA uses AI to deliver automated chart analysis, market insights, conversational AI assistance, curated trade ideas, and educational content related to financial markets including Forex, Stocks, Cryptocurrencies, and Indices.
All information, insights, predictions, trade plans, and analytical commentary provided by STRATA AI (collectively, the "Analysis") are generated by artificial intelligence algorithms and are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Analysis does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of STRATA, including our mobile application, website, and related tools (collectively, the "Service" or "Services"). By accessing or using STRATA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use STRATA.
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is between you and EXPNT Ltd. EXPNT Ltd is solely responsible for the content, maintenance, and support of the app, as well as for any claims related to the app. No other party, including Apple, has any obligations under this EULA.
You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, upon your acceptance of the terms, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use STRATA for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules. This license does not grant you ownership of the app or any related intellectual property.
EXPNT Ltd is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for STRATA. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.
The Analysis provided by STRATA AI is strictly for informational purposes. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. The Service may produce predictions, suggestions, or game plans based on AI algorithms, but these are speculative in nature. You should always conduct your own independent research, consult with licensed professionals, and exercise due diligence before making any financial decisions.
We are not responsible for the correctness, accuracy, or reliability of any content, insights, or predictions generated by STRATA AI. All actions you take based on the Analysis are made independently by you, and we assume no liability for your decisions.
In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligations with respect to the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty are the sole responsibility of EXPNT Ltd.
THE ANALYSIS, PREDICTIONS, AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY STRATA AI ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
EXPNT Ltd is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including but not limited to:
In the event of any third-party claim that the app infringes on a third party's intellectual property rights, EXPNT Ltd is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
"STRATA", "STRATA AI", and related marks, content and software belong to EXPNT Ltd or its licensors. You get a limited, revocable licence to use the app—nothing more.
By using STRATA, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist-supporting" country and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using STRATA (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the app or other communication methods. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To use STRATA, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of the United Kingdom.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your STRATA account. Protect your account and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any violations of these Terms.
You agree to use STRATA only for lawful purposes. Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations or these Terms may lead to account suspension, termination, or legal action.
To ensure fair use and protect our Services from abuse, each user is subject to an underlying usage quota. Exceeding this quota may result in temporary restrictions or termination of access to the Services. We retain the right to modify these quotas and associated policies at any time and at our sole discretion.
If you believe content on STRATA violates your rights or these Terms, contact us immediately. We will review complaints and take appropriate action as necessary.
Access to STRATA requires an active subscription. Subscription prices may vary by country and are subject to change without notice. All applicable prices are clearly displayed within the app prior to purchase.
STRATA offers subscription plans, including weekly subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Charges will continue to apply unless the subscription is canceled before the renewal date.
You may manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal by accessing your Account Settings in the iTunes Store or App Store. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period, after which access will be terminated.
All subscription payments are processed through your app store provider (e.g., Apple Inc.). EXPNT Ltd does not directly process payments or issue refunds. Any requests for refunds must be submitted to and are subject to the policies of your app store provider.
We reserve the right to modify subscription features, terms, pricing, and availability at any time and at our sole discretion. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated through the app or via email where applicable.
EXPNT Ltd collects and uses technical data to improve its products and services. Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or mediation in accordance with the governing law specified below.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EXPNT Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to STRATA at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Serious violations of these Terms may result in immediate suspension.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations without restriction.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive that provision or others.
